REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All prices quoted below are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST. If you require a Purchase Order number from your company, please arrange this prior to registering and have this number available when you register online. This will ensure that your purchase order number appears on your invoice.

Please note the Field Trip Registration is not included in the 2 Day Conference Registration Fee. You can book the field trip on the online form with registration.

Entitlements

The full registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • All sessions - for the days registered
  • Morning and afternoon teas - for the days registered
  • Lunches - for the days registered
  • Networking Reception Day 2 (Wednesday 15 November)

Student Registrations

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.


Payment Options

Payment MUST be received by 30 September 2017 to be eligible for the Early-Bird Rates. 
Any unpaid registrations as at 1 October will 2017 automatically convert to the full registration rate.
All registration fees must be made in full 10 days prior to the start of the conference, any unpaid registrations will automatically be cancelled.

  • Credit card - Delegates can pay by Visa or Mastercard when they register online or after. We offer SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology & 2048 bit data encryption to protect your personal information and credit card details.
  • Direct Credit - Details are on the invoice that delegates receive automatically attached to their confirmation email.

Confirmations

All registrations will be acknowledged by email, please include the email address you would like your confirmation sent to. If you do not receive an acknowledgement please contact the team at on-cue.


Special Requirements

Please give details on your registration form of any special diet (including pregnant) or disability assistance required.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager, lea@on-cue.co.nz
Cancellation before 30 September 2017 will incur an $100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation on or after 1 October 2017 will be at the discretion of the organising committee. 
All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise On-Cue of any name change, for administration purposes. There will be no refunds for any booked delegate who does not attend on the day.

Entrance to the Conference:

Each delegate will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to all included social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

In the event of industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the conference, the conference organisers accept no responsibility. The information on the conference website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication. However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information. The conference organisers disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved.
The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and vary the advertised programme.
If the conference is cancelled for any reason beyond the organiser's control, there is no right of exchange and no obligation is assumed by the organisers for arranging a substitute speaker. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of the organisers is limited to the return of paid fees and where an event may be postponed and the option of re-attending is not suitable, a cancellation can be made by writing to the conference organiser and on acceptance, there would be a return of paid fees less $100 for administration costs.

Insurance:

Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.

Privacy:

Unless you indicate otherwise on the registration form, the organisers will include your name on the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.
